MOU with Unique Network announced during

Evercity CTO Ilya Ozerov spoke at the Polkadot Hour panel discussion at COP27. He announced the successful development of a carbon credits tokenization service. It was published jointly with our partners DAO IPCI as part of the parachain on the Kusama network. The service has already been used by a client who purchased carbon credits to offset the carbon footprint of smart buildings. In the future, participants plan to actively use this service to compensate the carbon footprint of users of the parachain Robonomics network and others.

Symbolizing next steps for delivering climate solutions for the Polkadot ecosystem, a Memorandum of Understanding between Evercity and Unique Network was announced. The two companies agreed to work together on developing innovations for the sustainable finance and NFT markets, helping to bridge these two industries. The collaboration will be made possible through the integration of Parachains.
